1. Returns:

1.1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@giftsorted.co.uk  with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

1.4. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address.

1.5. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

2. Refunds:

2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

2.3. Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@giftsorted.co.uk with photos of the damaged or defective product, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

4. Changes to This Policy:

We reserve the right to modify our return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
